I have had the privilege to work on an administrative team with Dr. Melody Strang and Mrs. Beth Zito for over five years. During this time, they both shared their vast educational and administrative experience and knowledge with the team. They selflessly coached the team to improve and enhance our skills to be more effective leaders. Through their dedication and guidance, the district went from financially struggling with very few resources to financially sound and progressive. They lead by example and hard work that always focuses on what is best for the kids. The learning community trusts and values the time and work they put forth for the students, families and staff. The existence and success of the district is because of their leadership and work they have done to create and cultivate leaders within the administrators, staff and students.
